Card Cut-Ups
This group uses their scrapbooking skills to make greeting cards. Whether you're an expert scrapbooker or wish to learn the craft, meeting with this group once a month will result in some gorgeous cards that you can send to friends and relatives.

Day Trippers
There are so many interesting places to go for a day trip. This group loves to investigate different places around Louisiana and Mississippi. On October 17, in honor of Halloween, we will be touring the French Quarter Gallier House, with their Creole Death and Mourning Exhibit. Lunch will be at Antoine's. Bunco

Bunco is a dice game with twelve or more players, divided into groups of four, trying to score points while taking turns rolling three dice in a series of six rounds.

Did you know there are 25 hiking trails in close proximity to our area? Would you like to join us in discovering these trails? Once a month hiking trips are in the planning process. Please join us at the Northlake Newcomers brunch at 10am on September 13th at Benedict's Plantation. You will be able to hear about what we have planned and join our group!

Many of our members love to play canasta. As you can see, we have many canasta activities. This beginners' group is being organized to teach Hand and Foot - 16 Down Canasta to people who are interested in playing.
